ואיתיאו ית ארונא דיי ואקימו יתיה במצע משכנא די פרס ליה דוד וקריבו עלון ונכסת קודשין קדם יי:
yy qdm qwdshyn wnksth elwn wqrybw dwd lyh prs dy mshkna bmtse ythyh waqymw dyy arwna yth waythyaw
They brought in God’s ark, and set it in the middle of the tent that David had pitched for it; and they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.

ופסק דוד מן למסק עלתא ונכסת קודשין ובריך ית עמא בשום מימרא דיי:
dyy mymra bshwm ema yth wbryk qwdshyn wnksth eltha lmsq mn dwd wpsq
When David had finished offering the burnt offering and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in Yahweh’s name.

ופלג לכל אנש ישראל מגבר ועל אתא לכל חד טולמא דלחמא חדא ופלוג חד מן אשתא בתורא ומנא חד מן אשתה בהינא דחמרא:
dkhmra bhyna ashthh mn khd wmna bthwra ashtha mn khd wplwg khda dlkhma Twlma khd lkl atha wel mgbr yshral ansh lkl wplg
He gave to everyone of Israel, both man and woman, to everyone a loaf of bread, a portion of meat, and a cake of raisins.

ומני קדם ארונא דיי מן ליואי משבחיא ולאדכרה ולאודוי ולשבחו קדם יי אלהא דישראל:
dyshral alha yy qdm wlshbkhw wlawdwy wladkrh mshbkhya lyway mn dyy arwna qdm wmny
He appointed some of the Levites to minister before Yahweh’s ark, and to commemorate, to thank, and to praise Yahweh, the God of Israel:

אסף ברישא ותניניה זכריה ויעיאל ושמירמות ויחיאל ומתתיה ואליאב ובניהו ועובד אדום ויעיאל בזיני זמר ובכנרין ואסף בצלצלין לאשמעא :
lashmea btsltslyn wasp wbknryn zmr bzyny wyeyal adwm wewbd wbnyhw walyab wmththyh wykhyal wshmyrmwth wyeyal zkryh wthnynyh brysha asp
Asaph the chief, and second to him Zechariah, then Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, with stringed instruments and with harps; and Asaph with cymbals, sounding aloud;

ובניהו ויחזיאל כהניא בחצוצרתא תדירא קדם ארונא קימא דיי:
dyy qyma arwna qdm thdyra bkhtswtsrtha khnya wykhzyal wbnyhw
with Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests with trumpets continually, before the ark of the covenant of God.

ביומא ההוא הא בכין אתמנא דוד ברישא לשבחא קדם יי בידא דאסף ואחוהי:
wakhwhy dasp byda yy qdm lshbkha brysha dwd athmna bkyn ha hhwa bywma
Then on that day David first ordained giving of thanks to Yahweh by the hand of Asaph and his brothers.

שבחו קדם יי קרו בשמיה הודעו בעממיא עובדוי :
ewbdwy bemmya hwdew bshmyh qrw yy qdm shbkhw
Oh give thanks to Yahweh. Call on his name. Make what he has done known among the peoples.

שבחו קדמוי זמרו קדמו מלילו כלהון פרשותיה:
prshwthyh klhwn mlylw qdmw zmrw qdmwy shbkhw
Sing to him. Sing praises to him. Tell of all his marvelous works.
10
אשתבחון בשום קודשיה יחדי לבהון דתבעי מימרא דיי:
dyy mymra dthbey lbhwn ykhdy qwdshyh bshwm ashthbkhwn
Glory in his holy name. Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh rejoice.
11
תבעו מימרא דיי ותקפיה קבילו אפוהי תדירא:
thdyra apwhy qbylw wthqpyh dyy mymra thbew
Seek Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face forever more.
12
אדכרו פרשותיה די עבד תימהוהי ודיני פומיה:
pwmyh wdyny thymhwhy ebd dy prshwthyh adkrw
Remember his marvelous works that he has done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,
13
זרעא דישראל עבדיה בני יעקב דיתרעי בהון:
bhwn dythrey yeqb bny ebdyh dyshral zrea
you offspring of Israel his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
14
הוא יי אלהנא בכולא ארעא דינוהי:
dynwhy area bkwla alhna yy hwa
He is Yahweh our God. His judgments are in all the earth.
15
אדכרו לעלם קימא פתגמא דפקיד לאלפין דרין:
dryn lalpyn dpqyd pthgma qyma lelm adkrw
Remember his covenant forever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations,
16
די גזר עם אברהם וקימיה ליצחק:
lytskhq wqymyh abrhm em gzr dy
the covenant which he made with Abraham, his oath to Isaac.
17
ואוקימיה ליעקב לגזירא ולישראל קים עלם:
elm qym wlyshral lgzyra lyeqb wawqymyh
He confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,
18
למימר לכון אתן ית ארעא דכנען עדב אחסנתכון:
akhsnthkwn edb dknen area yth athn lkwn lmymr
saying, “I will give you the land of Canaan, The lot of your inheritance,”
19
כד הויתון עם דמנין קלילין ויתבין בה:
bh wythbyn qlylyn dmnyn em hwythwn kd
when you were but a few men in number, yes, very few, and foreigners in it.
20
והליכו מן עמא לות עמא ומן מלכו לעמא חורן:
khwrn lema mlkw wmn ema lwth ema mn whlykw
They went about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people.
21
לא ירשי גבר לטלמא להון ואוכח אמטולהון מלכיא:
mlkya amTwlhwn wawkkh lhwn lTlma gbr yrshy la
He allowed no man to do them wrong. Yes, he reproved kings for their sakes,
22
לא תנזקון בקדשי דרביתנון בשום טב ובנביי לא תבאשון:
thbashwn la wbnbyy Tb bshwm drbythnwn bqdshy thnzqwn la
“Don’t touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm!”
23
שבחו קדם יי כל יתבי ארעא בשרו מיומא ליומא פורקניה:
pwrqnyh lywma mywma bshrw area ythby kl yy qdm shbkhw
Sing to Yahweh, all the earth! Display his salvation from day to day.
24
אשתעו בעממיא ית יקריה בכלהון אומיא פרשותיה:
prshwthyh awmya bklhwn yqryh yth bemmya ashthew
Declare his glory among the nations, and his marvelous works among all the peoples.
25
מטול דרב יי ומשבח לחדא ודחיל הוא על כלהון מלאכיא:
mlakya klhwn el hwa wdkhyl lkhda wmshbkh yy drb mTwl
For great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised. He also is to be feared above all gods.

מטול דכלהון טעות עממיא דחלן דלית בהון צרוך ויי שמיא עבד:
ebd shmya wyy tsrwk bhwn dlyth dkhln emmya Tewth dklhwn mTwl
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but Yahweh made the heavens.
27
זיוא ושבהורא קדמוי תקפא ודיצותא באתריה:
bathryh wdytswtha thqpa qdmwy wshbhwra zywa
Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and gladness are in his place.
28
הבו קדם יי גניסת דעממיא הבו קדם יי איקרא ותוקפא:
wthwqpa ayqra yy qdm hbw demmya gnysth yy qdm hbw
Ascribe to Yahweh, you families of the peoples, ascribe to Yahweh glory and strength!
29
הבו קדם יי איקר שמיה טולו תקרובתא ועולו קדמוהי סגודו קדם יי בשבהורי קודשא:
qwdsha bshbhwry yy qdm sgwdw qdmwhy wewlw thqrwbtha Twlw shmyh ayqr yy qdm hbw
Ascribe to Yahweh the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come before him. Worship Yahweh in holy array.

אזדעזעו מן קדמוי כל יתבי ארעא ברם אתקין ארעא דלא תזדעזע:
thzdeze dla area athqyn brm area ythby kl qdmwy mn azdezew
Tremble before him, all the earth. The world also is established that it can’t be moved.
31
יחדון אנגלי מרומא ויבועון יתבי ארעא ויימרון בעמיא יי מלך:
mlk yy bemya wyymrwn area ythby wybwewn mrwma angly ykhdwn
Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice! Let them say among the nations, “Yahweh reigns!”

יכלי ימא ומלאיה יבועון אלני חקלא וכל עשבע די ביה:
byh dy eshbe wkl khqla alny ybwewn wmlayh yma ykly
Let the sea roar, and its fullness! Let the field exult, and all that is in it!
33
הא בכין ירננו אילני חורשא מן קדם יי ארום אתגלי למדן כל יתבי ארעא:
area ythby kl lmdn athgly arwm yy qdm mn khwrsha aylny yrnnw bkyn ha
Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before Yahweh, for he comes to judge the earth.
34
אודו קדם יי ארום טב מטול די לעלם טוביה:
Twbyh lelm dy mTwl Tb arwm yy qdm awdw
Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
35
ואמרו פרוק יתנא אלהא פורקננא וכנוש יתנא ושזיב יתנא מן עממיא לאודויי לשום קדשך לאשתבחא בתשבחתך:
bthshbkhthk lashthbkha qdshk lshwm lawdwyy emmya mn ythna wshzyb ythna wknwsh pwrqnna alha ythna prwq wamrw
Say, “Save us, God of our salvation! Gather us together and deliver us from the nations, to give thanks to your holy name, to triumph in your praise.”
36
בריך יי אלהא דישראל מן עלמא הדין ועד עלמא דאתי ואמרו כל עמא אמן שבחא קדם יי:
yy qdm shbkha amn ema kl wamrw dathy elma wed hdyn elma mn dyshral alha yy bryk
Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. All the people said, “Amen,” and praised Yahweh.
37
ושבק תמן קדם ארונא קימא דיי לאסף ולאחוהי לשמשא קדם ארונא תדירא פתגם יום ביומיה:
bywmyh ywm pthgm thdyra arwna qdm lshmsha wlakhwhy lasp dyy qyma arwna qdm thmn wshbq
So he left Asaph and his brothers there before the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, to minister before the ark continually, as every day’s work required;
38
ועובד אדום ואחיהון אשתין ותמניא ועובד אדום בר ידותון וחוסה לתרעיא:
lthreya wkhwsh ydwthwn br adwm wewbd wthmnya ashthyn wakhyhwn adwm wewbd
and Obed-Edom with their sixty-eight relatives; Obed-Edom also the son of Jeduthun and Hosah to be doorkeepers;
39
וית צדוק כהנא ואחוהי כהניא קדם משכנא דיי בבית כנשתא דבגבעון:
dbgbewn knshtha bbyth dyy mshkna qdm khnya wakhwhy khna tsdwq wyth
and Zadok the priest and his brothers the priests, before Yahweh’s tabernacle in the high place that was at Gibeon,

לאסקא עלון קדם יי על מדבח עלתא תדירא לצפרא ולרמשא ולכל מה דכתיב באוריתא דיי דפקיד על ישראל:
yshral el dpqyd dyy bawrytha dkthyb mh wlkl wlrmsha ltspra thdyra eltha mdbkh el yy qdm elwn lasqa
to offer burnt offerings to Yahweh on the altar of burnt offering continually morning and evening, even according to all that is written in Yahweh’s law, which he commanded to Israel;
41
ועמהון הימן וידותון ושיר בחיריא דאתפרשו בשמהן לאודויי קדם יי מטול די לעלם טוביה:
Twbyh lelm dy mTwl yy qdm lawdwyy bshmhn dathprshw bkhyrya wshyr wydwthwn hymn wemhwn
and with them Heman and Jeduthun and the rest who were chosen, who were mentioned by name, to give thanks to Yahweh, because his loving kindness endures forever;
42
ועמהון הימן וידותון בחצוצרתא וצלצלין למשמעיא וזיני תושבחא קדם יי ובני ידותון ממנן על תרעיא:
threya el mmnn ydwthwn wbny yy qdm thwshbkha wzyny lmshmeya wtsltslyn bkhtswtsrtha wydwthwn hymn wemhwn
and with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals for those that should sound aloud, and with instruments for the songs of God, and the sons of Jeduthun to be at the gate.
